JAMES JOHNSON -
'James Bhai' as he is known popularly on the floor, James is the brain behind the success of Stryde and brings in a lot of experience in Entrepreneurship and Operational excellence in running any business successfully. He masters in Business Finance and Administration, and closely monitors the company's revenue flow. A Great head hunter by practice, he trains Stryde's people the art of head-hunting.
He leads the recruitment processes of the Non-IT and BPO sector for domestic and international markets and spends considerable time in internal training and resource development activities along with routine account management and client engagement activities.
With over 10 years of experience in the Service industry, James comes with broad spectrum of professional experience in Delivery Management, Customer Services, business process re-aligning and people management. Before Stryde he spent considerable time at one of the leading RPO firm as a Key Account Manager helping them manage their very prestigious accounts and some other businesses including Imp-Ex and Logistics. |

VINAY KOTRA -
Vinay is a seasoned recruitment professional in the technology products industry. He started out his career as a technology professional at Visakhapatnam, before traveling to Hyderabad and pursuing his interests in the recruitment industry as a co-founder of STRYDE.
He leads Stryde's technology recruitment operations based out of Hyderabad, India. His areas of interest include defining & establishing strong recruitment delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term recruitment partnerships.
A strong networker by nature, Vinay is working closely to set up the executive search practice in Stryde and has grown the business significantly to be the emerging search firm in the technology products sector.
Before conceiving Stryde, he served in many roles varying from Account Manager to Recruitment Manager in the technology industry for 4 years. A Tech-Savvy individual, Vinay is the first sought technology person in the company and his network.
Vinay holds a B.Tech in Computers Science Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, Orissa. |
